Morning Practice with Theresia
With gentle, graceful, agile and deliberate movements, the Dragonfly embodies many of the qualities of Qigong. Theresia developed an combination of Qigong sequences and Zazen out of her own experience of practice.
The daily sessions with Theresia are an offering to be in tune with yourself and practice gentle yet powerful meditation in movement and stillness. Each session will end with short period of Zazen.
Offered as a daily morning practice the effects are powerful yet subtle a preparation for the deep voice work we are doing in the larger circle.

Leela has been spinning his music and Ecstatic Dance-sets from Guatemala to Berlin and from Costa-Rica to his hub in Amsterdam.
From mellow meditational tunes to tribal beats and from classical music to trap; through sounds and silence, he loves to co-create a collective field of awareness where we welcome each other in our human kindness.

Venue & Accomodations
Florestral Hosting Center is a land of beauty and magic, full of pure life and speaking to those ready to listen. Located in the Southern Pacific mountainous zone of Costa Rica, this stretch of land offers privacy and is full of nature’s music since there is no traffic noise or neighbours nearby.
The Diamante river is an unique gem that runs all along the lower part of the land, with numerous swimming and dip-in pools, massage waterfalls, and rock-elevated meditation or relaxation spots. Above the river, stands a beautiful forest, securing rich, lush, green views.
